Leading technical architecture and design decisions for Python applications. Working directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance. Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Python applications and solutions. Mentoring team members and conducting code reviews. Managing your own workload and delivering projects independently. Communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contributing to best practices and technical standards within the team.
